We implement technical and administrative safeguards, but no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers needed to run core platform functions, including payments, hosting, email, SMS delivery, analytics, and customer support.

We retain data while accounts are active and as needed for legal, security, and operational obligations. Businesses can request deletion of their account data, and customers can request deletion or correction through the business or Sellvester support.
6. Your Choices
You can request updates, export, or deletion of account data, subject to legal and operational requirements. SMS recipients can reply STOP to opt out of future texts.
7. SMS Consent and Opt-Outs
Sellvester stores SMS consent separately from contact information. A phone number on file does not mean a customer has agreed to marketing texts. When a customer opts out, we store that preference and block future SMS outreach where the platform controls the send.
