4. SMS and Customer Messaging
Businesses are responsible for collecting valid customer consent before sending SMS or email campaigns. SMS messages must identify the business, honor STOP requests, and avoid misleading offers. Message and data rates may apply to recipients.
5. Billing and Plans
Paid features, fees, and plan limits are defined on the pricing page and may be updated with notice. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
6. Service Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, outages, and third-party dependencies may affect uptime.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sellvester XP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for terms violations or security reasons. You may stop using the service at any time.
